This powerful hard hitting Xitsonga Drama describes how Rivoningo (The main character and as an Administrator) was unfairly treated at work by Mr. Vanderfyn (The Game Reserve’s Owner who never further his professional qualifications because of knowing that he might show another employees their rights as he was always robbing their money when some of them go to the retirement and when he retrenched some of them. because of the Unfair Labour Practice in Vanderfyn’s Game Reserve, Rivoningo joined the Union and the majority of the employees supported him. Later Rivoningo became ill and was booked off for seven days by a doctor, but as “The rat dies for past sins,” according Xitsonga Proverb, Mr. Vanderfyn dismissed him. Then Rivoningo referred the Dispute to the Commission for Concilliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), thereafter he won the case be reinstated to his former job. But later Mr. Vanderfyn was called to the Labour Court on charges of frauds to his former employees where he was found guility and be charged Five Billion Rand which he unable to pay. Then he sold his Game Reserve by Five Billion Rand and pay the charges against him by the Labour Court. After he has sold his Game Reserve he left with nothing that generate money for him, then he applied work from the new Game Reserve’s Owner with the rest of his former entire staff members because all employees were requested to send their professional qualifications so that they could be newly re-employed. The new Game Reserve owners have done that as the result of promoting the so called; PEOPLE FIRST, where Rivoningo has became the Manager of Mahlambandlopfu Game Reserve (Mr. Vanderfyn’s wife) became his Assistant. But Mr. Vanderfyn failed to host the position as the Manager because of his poor background educational history and automatically resigned the job. Therefore education is the true inheritance because it is exposed here that all inheritances can be sold or be taken awya or lost in one way or another but education last for a lifetime. In the book we realize that when the Game Reserve which Mr. Vanderfyn inherited from his father is sold in oder to pay the charges against him by the Labour Court he left with nothing. But if he was educated he could be re-employed by the new Game Reserve’s Owners and he wouldn’t ill treat his employees and rob their money. He would able to live a good life with his employees because all people are equal before the Law. On the oher hand Rivoningo is offered a good position because of his educational qualification. And the other interesting aspect is that it is easy for the readers to put its content into cntext because this happen in everyday life.
